FAQs

When will I get my Mark II?

The Mark II will be manufactured in production runs starting at 500 units. When pre-ordering a Mark II a Shipping Batch will be displayed indicating the month that your unit will be shipped.

If for any reason we are unable to ship your unit in that month then we will contact you directly with an updated shipping schedule, and provide you the option of a full refund.
